I own Urban Pantry, a brunch
restaurant in Chiswick.
I was CEO of
shook up the way people listen to and discover music. We were
built on the belief that people deserve a listening experience as
unique as they are.
Previously, I was at Google, I was the Head of Marketing Strategy
& Operations in the UK where I was responsible for the marketing
of Google Ads Products to the largest and most sophisticated
advertisers and agencies. Prior to this, I led Strategy for a $1bn
segment of Google's business and transformed the UK & Ireland's
approach to customer satisfaction by leading a change programme
across London, Dublin, and Hyderabad to improve the way Google
serves its customers.
In the last few years, I was named one of Management Today's 35
Women Under 35, was selected in The Drum's 50 under 30 Outstanding
Women in Creative and Digital, was awarded a Future Leaders Award
by WACL, and graduated from the Marketing Academy Scholarship.
These awards demonstrate my commitment to the Marketing and
Advertising industry and my appetite for ongoing self-development.
I've taken an extremely active role in sharing my insights with
the industry through my articles and am now co-host of the Greater
Than 11% Panel show, a podcast which explores roles and
opportunities within the creative industries. The podcast's
mission is to shift the statistic that only 11% of creative
directors in the UK are women.
I'm also a member of the Confederation for British Industry's
Under 35 London committee and a keynote speaker on Behaviour
Change and Business Transformation having spoken for organisations
such as the Media Trust, Full Fact and the Business Change &
Transformation Conference Europe.
